CONDITIONS OF USE

The Designer Covers are NOT TREATED WITH A FIRE RETARDANT. Therefore,
it is important not to use it while cooking, while around hot and flammable areas
such as heaters, barbecues, etc. DO NOT SMOKE while using your cover and
STAY AWAY from areas where people are smoking.

Baby Bella Maya recommends that you strictly follow all the guidelines supplied
to you by the manufacturer of your baby carrier. Using the Designer Cover in any
other way may cause serious injury or death. Baby Bella Maya assumes NO
responsibility in the event of an accident, injury or death and therefore recommends
that all safety guidelines and proper use of this product be followed at all times.

Washing/Care Instructions: To keep the beauty of your designer cover we
recommend that you hand wash in cold water, lay flat to dry. Do not wring, cool
iron if necessary.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names employed by Baby Bella Maya
are proprietary to Baby Bella Maya or other respective owners that have granted
Baby Bella Maya the right and license to use such trademarks, service marks,
and trade names, and are protected by U.S. trademark laws. All other logos,
button icons, scripts, service names, phrases, page headers and graphics are
trademarks or trade dress of Baby Bella Maya without express written consent,
Baby Bella Maya’s trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection
with any product or service that is not Baby Bella Maya in any manner that is likely
to cause confusion among our customers or guests, or in any manner that disparages
or discredits Baby Bella Maya. The use of meta tags or any other concealed text or
search words exploiting the name or trademarks of Baby Bella Maya is expressly forbidden. To the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate
Baby Bella Maya's intellectual property rights, Baby Bella Maya may seek an
injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of California, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Baby Bella Maya may modify or terminate these Terms and Conditions of Use at
any time and may do so immediately without notice or cause. Information collected
under prior policies will be subject to the modified policies.
